Credit Control Team Leader
Full Time/Permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience
Within the Head Office in Cambridgeshire we have been actively recruiting additional staff to manage the recent exceptional growth and continue to do so.
We are now recruiting for a Credit Control Team Leader, reporting to the Finance Manager to:
- Produce credit control reports to Senior Management
- Meet with Senior Management on a weekly basis to go through outstanding debt reports
- Be responsible for three staff members, to prioritise the ledger, manage and motivate
- Deal directly with prestigious complex accounts
- Deal with debt recovery on the late paying accounts
- Be responsible for ensuring the customer database is up to date
- Chase business accounts when appropriate
You must:
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrate previous experience within a similar position and be able to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Be a fast learner with a positive "Can Do" attitude and, with strong interpersonal skills, be able to establish key relationships within the sales, finance and installation teams.
- Be organised, pro-active and be able to prioritise

Internal Accounts Manager - Cambridge
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience) + uncapped OTE
This is a fantastic opportunity at one of the UK's award winning Telecoms and IT specialists. Having experienced exceptional growth over the last 5 years, we need a driven individual to join our lively Internal Accounts team.
You will be expected to work with existing customers, upgrading, renewing and cross-selling solutions to them. The ability to build a lasting rapport is paramount within this role. You will be a confident, results driven sales person motivated by achieving results and a high level of customer satisfaction. B2B sales experience is desired but not essential.
You should be keen and confident with an eye for detail and enjoy working within a busy and challenging environment working to tight deadlines. You need to have good interpersonal and communication skills together with a good knowledge of Microsoft programmes.

Field Telephony Engineer
Location: Home Counties and East Anglia, based in CambridgeSalary: Dependent on experience
A leading IT and Telecommunications company require the services of a VOIP Engineer with a proven working knowledge of Avaya, Mitel, Toshiba or Panasonic systems.
The Group has experienced exceptional growth over the last 5 years and is looking to recruit top engineers to support its rapidly expanding client base. This is a chance to progress your career within a high pressured, technically challenging and vibrant environment. This varied role will see you designing, installing and supporting a variety of connectivity solutions for a diverse range of customers. You'll make sure that this infrastructure is maintained perfectly through the performance of a range of daily support activities, and provide a first-class troubleshooting and reporting service to internal and external customers.
In order to apply for this position, you should have a demonstrable background of installing and maintaining telephony systems. The successful applicant will also possess strong demonstrable experience within the following criteria:

Salary: Circa £16,000 to £19,000 (depending on experience)

Strong customer focus and the ability to communicate both in writing and orally at a high standard are essential, along with an excellent telephone manner. You should have a 'can do', 'will do' attitude together with the ability to learn quickly, prioritise and work to tight deadlines as well as work well under pressure within a team and individually.
