Finance & Administration

The Group's financial statements for year ending 30th April 2010 show another year of strong growth. Turnover and profits have increased across the Group's business.

Sales in 2010 were in excess of £20 million, representing a 6% increase on the previous year and operating profit was over £2 million, again up on the previous year.

During the year there was significant investment associated with building up the Excell Managed Services team which is set to deliver significant growth in the enterprise sector over the coming months.

The progress of the group is showing the clear benefits of following our strategy of organic and acquisitive growth, a strategy that the board will look to deliver further against next year.

The continued success of our hosting business, now in its fifth year, continues to deliver tangible benefits to the Group as a whole. We fully expect this trend to continue, coupled with the support of our dedicated staff the Excell Group of Companies will remain at the forefront of the industry.

We have once again achieved some outstanding industry recognition; we were delighted to win the Managed Services Solution of the Year Award at the Comms National Awards for the solution and services provided to Fujifilm. It was a spectacular night for Excell who were also finalists in three other categories.

The award is testament to our continued investment in outstanding people, leading technologies and best practice operational processes. Together these make our solutions completely unique, enabling us to deliver the unparalleled levels of service, client satisfaction and operational efficiency that are recognised in this award.

Our people are our greatest asset and set us apart from other service providers. They all share the passion that represents our whole corporate ethos and it is a great accolade to see their efforts have been rewarded for the second year running.
