CCNA Network Engineer

We are  looking for an energetic CCNA network engineer to join the team working on multiple data/VOIP projects. You should have a good understanding of CCNA which must include data and VOIP knowledge and ideally ISP and DSL from a data centre perspective.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a team of 6 engineers who wants to quickly and significantly advance their career. You will be surrounded by excellent engineers in a work hard/learn hard/play hard yet informal environment with a big learning curve and a huge sense of achievement. Initially you will start working on customer support but will quickly be trained up and progress to technical queries before advancing on to programming routers and then designing networks for an industry leading hosted telephony company with 2000 clients.

This is a high pressure role but the right person will fluorish and reap the rewards. If you have an MCSE or MCP and have knowledge of Linux that would be highly advantageous.

Customer Support Engineer/Field Service Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Engineer to provide engineering cover for Toshiba and Avaya IP Office products in the UK, Panasonic knowledge would also be an advantage. You will provide the link between customer and company and will manage the relationship through installation, configuring, maintenance and support. Key duties will be helpdesk support and remote diagnostics, customer visits for installation, configuration, repair and maintenance, training and the provision of technical documentation.

Senior Avaya Technical Specialist

We are looking for an expert on the Avaya IP telephony product suite. This dynamic position means you will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of Avaya IP telephony solutions. You will have at least 2 years experience deploying Avaya products and will be responsible for delivering successful implementation of Avaya Communication Manager.

With good communication and customer facing skills you will manage a team of Technicians on installations and have a key role in devising and driving continual company strategy.
