Non Geographic Numbers
Excell Inbound Call Management enables callers to your business (customers or employees) to call you at a charge chosen by you. You can use different types of numbers for different applications, e.g. you can dedicate a free call number (no charge to the customer) for sales enquiries from new customers, and a premium call number (charged at a premium rate to the caller, with out-payments to you) for existing customers requiring extra support.

The Inbound Call Management service provides the following:
- Customer contact: non-geographic number/s or Area Call number/s for your customers to contact your business, otherwise we can move numbers your business already has with other network operators to Excell.
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: In the scenario where the physical location of the destination call is disrupted you can access a portal 24/7 to change the destination number and location of the call - Complete Business Continuity.
- Delivery of customer calls to the right place: Routing of the call minutes to your destination/s of choice using the Excell Network.
- Customer guidance: An introductory four step Network IVR (Interactive Voice Response) service to route call traffic to different destinations (for example 'Press 1 for Service', or 'Press 2 for Sales'). More complex Network IVR services are available on request.
- Ability to track call performance: Web-based performance reporting tool to measure the performance of calls by different key performance criteria.
- Potential share of caller revenue: Out-payments to your business may be available on certain number ranges, providing your business with a share of the revenue received from the caller. Please refer to your pricing schedule for more detail.
