Project Management
Project Management is critical for the delivery of most solutions. Customers put great emphasis on a solution being delivered on time, on budget and with minimal impact or disruption to their day to day operations.
Excell Group utilise PRINCE2 methodology when deploying customer solutions, and as such, the Project Manager that will be assigned to the solution delivery will be PRINCE2 accredited.
Your project will be closely managed by the Project Manager, who will tailor the rollout to meet your business needs, modifying the PRINCE2 methodology to reflect the project being delivered to cater for any operational complexities that may need to be considered.
A comprehensive Statement of Works will be created in consultation with your organisation to ensure that all deliverables are identified which in turn will be translated to a Project Plan that we will work to in order to ensure your solution is delivered on time. The project plan will detail all dependencies and key milestones that need to be achieved, which will subsequently be reported on.
Monthly status reporting, along with face to face meetings and conference calls will ensure you have full visibility of the project's progress during it's life cycle.
Any changes to the project scope will be fully Change Controlled into the project, detailing any changes to the project plan and budgetary changes.
We can also offer assistance with Operational Change Control, producing documentation, and if necessary actually presenting operational changes to your Change Control Board.
At project sign off, a full closure report will be produced in order to confirm that all the key objectives of the project have been met which will also include detailed project accounting to show that the project has been delivered on time and to budget.
