Training

Excell are extremely flexible when it comes to training and can provide all types of training that is required for a new system. Excell Group Plc recognise the importance of training and feel that it is a vital ingredient to a successful project. We recommend that the Training takes place in your own environment because the trainers will then be on hand to help with personal handset configurations.

There are various formats that training can be provided in. The first format is classroom training for 4 people at one time. This will take place within a dedicated room at the client's site and will usually take approximately two hours per session. The trainers are fully accredited with Panasonic and a course outline will be provided. On completion the users will be given a CD with all the Handset features for them to refer back to.

The second format of training involves the trainer roaming from desk to desk and having one on one session with each user and going through anything that the user specifies. This is very useful because often the user will have been unable to take all the information onboard at the classroom session, and can now ask questions that are more specific to them.

The advance admin training takes one day as standard and is aimed at groups of no more than 3 delegates. Pre-requites of a working knowledge of telephone principles and technologies and networking knowledge are recommend though not essential depending on the level the delegate is expected to administer the systems. This is normally undertaken either on the clients site or at an off site location. If the dedicated administrator requires more in depth training we recommend further courses with the manufacturer, which we will organise.

Additional training can be booked at any time after the initial install.
