Toshiba DK 40, DK280, CT

The adjustment of the time on your DK 40, DK280 and CT is only possible from the operators telephone – usually extension 200.

To confirm that the extension is the operators', dial: Spkr  # 4 0 2   
You should see on your display: PHY=000     LOG=000

1.  Place the handset on hook
2.  Press the internal (INT) button and dial # 6 5 2
3.  Dial the time (HHMMSS) - Dial hour / minute /second in the 24 hour clock format HHMMSS.  Enter a leading 0 for any single digit entered.
4.  Press the REDIAL button – you will hear a confirmation tone.
5.  Press the Spkr button – the telephone will return to the idle mode after you press the button

Toshiba Voicemail

1.  Dial into voicemail by dialing 300 (or your voicemail extension)
2.  When you hear a message (either company or personal) press *
3.  It will prompt you for the user ID – press 9 9 9 #
4.  It will then prompt you for the security code – press 9 9 9 9 9 7 #
5.  You will then hear a message saying “Ext 9 9 9, you have no messages”
6.  Press 8 for system administration
7.  Then press 6 for change of date and time
8.  Then press 1 for change of date or press 2 for change of time or press 9 to cancel this function

For date:
Ender date (MM/DD/YY) press #
Press 1 to confirm entry
Press 2 to erase entry and it re-prompts for re-entry
Press 9 to cancel function and return to previous menu

For time:
Ender time (HH/MM) press #
Press 1 to confirm entry
Press 2 to erase entry and it re-prompts for re-entry
Press 9 to cancel function and return to previous menu

It will repeat what you have put in

9.  Once it is confirmed it will take to back to the 2nd menu press 9 and then # to complete the action

The voicemail time is now changed

TOSHIBA CTX + CIX

To confirm you are at the correct handset: Dial # 402 – the display should read: phy000 port 000

To set the time
1. From extension 200 or your main phone with a display
Leaving the handset piece down.
Dial # 6 5 2, with the handset on-hook. You hear a confirmation tone.

2. Enter the time (HHMMSS) in the 24-hour clock format.
H=hour, M=minute and S=seconds.

Example:
0 6 0 5 3 0 = 6:05AM and 30 seconds;
1 4 3 0 4 5 = 2:30PM and  45 seconds.

3. Press #. You hear a confirmation tone.

4. Press Spkr. The telephone returns to the idle mode.

To set the date
1. From any Toshiba phone with a display
Leaving the handset piece down.
Dial #651, with the handset on-hook. You hear a confirmation tone.

2. Enter the date (YYMMDD).

3. Press #. You hear a confirmation tone.

4. Press Spkr. The telephone returns to the idle mode.

Toshiba Voicemail with CTX

1.  Dial into voicemail by dialing 300 (or your voicemail extension)
2.  When you hear a message (either company or personal) press # then *
3.  It will prompt you for the user ID – press 9 9 9 #
4.  It will then prompt you for the security code – press 9 9 9 9 9 7 #
5.  You will then hear a message saying “Ext 9 9 9, you have no messages”
6.  Press 8 for system administration
7.  Then press 6 for change of date and time
