Now in its 17th year, The Comms National Awards recognises excellence within the IT channel, bringing together IT professionals and rewarding those that have excelled through the services they provide.
Independently judged by a panel of IT industry experts, The Comms National Awards understands what represents excellent channel support and high-quality customer solutions. Excell have been shortlisted in the Best Enterprise UC Solution category, recognising how we have delivered innovative UC solutions offering clear end user RoI to enterprise end user customers.
We were chosen as finalists based on our work with leading restaurant franchise, Papa John’s. Papa John’s had to change to meet the needs of an increasingly digital consumer and an increasingly competitive marketplace. Excell was able to provide a resilient, cloud based IT infrastructure and managed service to support the accelerated move towards online ordering. Papa John’s franchisees now have a resilient network with failover, improved staff and premises safety and oversight of single or multiple outlets, and achieved PCI accreditation for card payment.
