Excell Grows Its Audiovisual Portfolio with the Acquisition of City Voice and Data

Excell is pleased to announce that it has boosted its solutions portfolio by acquiring London-based business movers and audio visual specialists, City Voice and Data Ltd and City AVS Ltd.

The exciting acquisition sees our portfolio extended to include specialist audio and video conferencing, as well as audiovisual installations. This alongside our OFCOM regulated private network cloud offers a broad range of solutions to business clients, across data, cloud, mobile, network and voice.

As part of the acquisition, Excell Group will take on both companies’ UK-wide team of field engineers and ICT consultants, as well as its London based service desk. The existing senior management team will continue to run the business, led by directors Robert Boyne and Alex Smith, who will work closely with and report into the Excell Group board.
