Office UC is being upgrade to improved Webex software. The new software is live now, so there’s no need to wait to upgrade.
Office UC support will no longer be available as of January 1st 2022 before being switched off in the upcoming weeks. We strongly recommend getting started with your migration sooner rather than later.
What happens if I don’t do anything?
Though you will be able to login and use Office UC for now, issues will have minimal support and the app will shortly lose complete access.
How will this change affect my existing service?
Provided you migrate as soon as possible, it won’t. Your voicemail, call queues, settings, and existing telephone numbers will all remain the same. It’s just how you access these that will be slightly different.
