Excell Network Freeze:
Excell runs an operational freeze to protect customers during the busy Christmas period, restricting non-essential activity on our network.
The Excell Network Freeze starts at 00.01 on 15th December 2017 and ends at 23.59 on 8th January 2018.
During the freeze there will be no core works, upgrades, or maintenance.
This will not affect the provisioning of new circuits provided that core capacity exists.
