Excell Network Freeze:
Excell runs an operational freeze to protect customers during the busy Christmas period, restricting non-essential activity on our network. During the freeze there will be no core works, upgrades, or maintenance.
This year our Network Freeze starts at 00:01 on 6th December 2019 and ends at 23:59 on 2nd January 2020.
