Expense Manager
The Expense Manager service is an online portal which enables you to assign mobile numbers and their users to particular cost centres enabling you to keep track on your mobile spend per department.
You are able to run reports which show high/low usage, international call charges, text usage and roaming calls. You can set policies to your account and Excell Expense Manager will flag any users which fall outside the policy-set limits.
Asset Manager

Personal Call Manager
This product gives you the ability to separate out business and personal calls. Regularly dialled numbers are tracked by logging these on your PCM and numbers can be tagged as ‘personal’ or ‘work’ and your staff can log on and check what their personal calls have cost them for the month.
